• Unless requested, deliveries will be sent with No Signature Required.
• If signature service is requested, there may be an extra fee – depending on the shipping service.

Refunds and Exchanges

• If any of our products are damaged in shipment or not in original form as displayed on our site, We will accept returns and issue a refund or replace damaged goods.
• Please make requests for refunds within 4 days of receiving an item
• We have a 20% restocking fee.
• Shipping costs are not refundable & return-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
• Buyer’s accounts will be credited after we have received the item back in original condition.
