Checking your order is easy, Simply log into My Account, from here you’ll be able to check your current order/‘s, and update any details.

If your FLIQA Order was made online at www.fliqa.com.au or through selected fliqa offices~, you may be able to cancel online by entering your details below.

On retrieving your order, click the red ‘Cancel’ button and follow the prompts to cancel. If the ‘Cancel’ button is not available, contact your local FLIQA customer support team.

Changing the date or time of your booking is easy at www.fliqa.com.au if your order rules permit the change. For most orders, simply retrieve your booking via Manage Your Order on your desktop or via www.Fliqa.com.au

Tracking your order is via Track Order, Any changes to your order status will be emailed to you automatically, however if you have opted out of email notifications, you will need to log into Track My Order and enter the unique Order Number unique to your shipment.
